A COMPANY FORMED
FROM IDEAS OF THE FOUNDERS
Our company specializes in the complex production of metal products for various segments, as well as office and school furniture. We offer a wide range of services that include consultation with clients, creation of drawings, production and shipment of goods. We are able to adapt to customer requirements and offer flexible solutions to meet specific needs. The production portfolio includes powder coating of metal products on a semi-automatic line.
History
We are proud of our history and are constantly striving to push the boundaries of innovation.
2018
We managed to start production cooperation with foreign partners who supply seats and wheelchairs to special segments of the automotive market.
2014
We started the production of check-in counters and cells for CHDG and ORLY international airports for our French partner.
2010
During 2010 we expanded our production and office space. We renovated our office building and built a photovoltaic power plant.
2000
On June 30, 2000 we transformed ZK Design v.o.s. ( public partnership ) into ZK Design a.s. (joint stock company) in order to secure the assets and increase the stability and prestige of the company, while the owners = shareholders remained in active management of the company.
1995
We started the production of complete shelving systems for petrol stations and shops and began to cooperate with export partners on the production of POP displays and shelving systems.
28. 12. 1992
Establishment of the company ZK Design, v. o. s., which was created by merging the companies Z+Z and K+K. This decision was motivated by successful previous cooperation and similar business focus of both companies. Another key factor was the possibility of obtaining a loan to invest in a powder coating plant.
WE SUPPORT
To support social and sporting activities, we contribute fimancial amounts to university gala evenings, sports clubs, financial support for autistic children and more.
ECOLOGY
We are proud that our company is actively involved in environmental protection. We strive to minimize our negative impact on the planet as manufacturers of custom furniture, metal products and wood products. One of our major steps towards sustainability was the introduction of a photovoltaic power plant. Over the last 10 years, we have significantly reduced our CO2 emissions by 1,474 tonnes through the operation of this solar power. We are working to minimise waste and recycling in our production processes. We use environmentally friendly materials and technologies. We are committed to contributing to a sustainable future and reducing our ecological footprint for future generations.
