METAL PRODUCTION - STAINLESS STEEL
Our metal production section has a number of modern CNC cutting machines. Production processes are supported by two MIG welding robots and one TIG collaborative robot. Thanks to them we achieve high accuracy and productivity of weldings. Robotics and automation allow us to produce metal parts with great efficiency even in small batches.
CNC machines - Laser Bystar Fiber
The Bystronic Bystar Fiber laser is the cornerstone of our metal production. It enables cutting stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper with high precision in maximum sheet dimensions of 3000x1500mm.
CNC machines - TruPunch 5000
The TruPunch 5000 CNC punching machine from the renowned TRUMPF company is characterized by maximum productivity and flexibility. The TruPunch 5000 enables fast and precise punching of sheet metal in thicknesses up to 3mm. In addition, it has a wide range of forming tools.
CNC machines - Xpert 40
The Bystronic Xpert40 press brake, complemented by a mobile connectable cell with a programmable robotic arm – KUKA, is an integral part of our metal production. The press brake can be used either with standard operation or with the attached robot, thereby increasing production efficiency
CNC machines - Xpert 150
Bystronic Xpert 150 je špičkový ohraňovací lis, který díky nejnovějším technologiím dosahuje vysokou rychlost ohýbání plechů při dodržení požadované přesnosti. Dokáže vyvinout lisovací tlak 1500 kN a ohýbat plechy až do délky 3100 mm.
ROBOTIC WELDING
We employ robotic MIG welding using 2 fully programmable robots. We also have the innovative CoWelder welding system from Migatronic. This system combines a Migatronic welding power supply with a Universal collaborative robot, enabling TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and special alloys.
