WOODWORKING
The woodworking department is equipped with modern machinery for serial, small batch and tailor-made production. We process all kinds of materials – solid wood, LTD, HPL, compact, corian and other materials. Production is carried out using machines such as – CNC milling machines, formatting saw, ABS edge banding machines, cabinet press, large press, planers, paint booth and other production equipment and machinery.
CNC MACHINES
CNC machining centre with banding unit from Biesse makes milling, drilling and grooving of parts for subsequent assembly. CNC machining of materials LTD (laminated chipboard) including edge banding, solid wood, plywood, OSB but also corian, compact boards is guarantee of precision and quality.
EDGE BANDING MACHINE
The OTT (Tornado Top) machine from Assamer is equipped with a number of aggregates (tools) that ensure complete gluing of the boards without further manual intervention. It can be glued with EVA glue but also with PUR glue.
FORMATTING SAW
The formatting saw from the German manufacturer Altendorf with digital gauges is used for precise cutting of flat materials. Cutting at any angle is possible thanks to the tilting blade.
